Triad is one of the small-group options Apex Benefits Partners can quote alongside BCBS Massachusetts for eligible Plymouth and Bristol County employers.
CIGNA National PPO Network
Gives members any-doctor, any-state in-network access — useful for employers whose staff live near the Rhode Island line, commute into Boston, or have family members scattered across the region.
Fixed Monthly Premium
Structured like a fully insured plan from the employer's side — a predictable, fixed monthly premium, not a claims-exposed structure.
Bundled Claims-Steerage Program
Included at no additional member cost: imaging/radiology cost redirection, specialty pharmacy and lab redirection, behavioral health support, and ongoing claims monitoring.
One Option Among Several
Suitability and availability are determined at quote time by underwriting, based on your group's size and profile.
Checking network status? Search by practice or facility name, not just a physician's name. On CIGNA's national PPO network (which Triad runs on), many Southeastern Massachusetts providers — including hospital-affiliated physician groups — are listed in network directories under the practice, clinic, or hospital system name rather than the individual doctor's name. If a search for a specific physician comes up empty, try the practice or facility name before assuming they're out of network.
